The conference is organized by the Institute for Parallel
Processing, Bulgarian
Academy of Sciences in cooperation with Society for
Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM).
The conference is dedicated
to the 70th anniversary of Zahari Zlatev.
The conference is scheduled for June 4-8, 2009, with arrival:
June 3 and departure: noon June 8.
The conference will be held at the Bulgarian Red Cross Educational Center in Sozopol (map of Sozopol), a picturesque town on the Black Sea coast, 36 km to the south from Burgas (the nearest international airport).

The abstracts (up to 1 page stating clearly the originality of the results) are to be written in standard LaTeX. The length of the contributed papers is limited up to 8 pages. It is assumed that one participant will present not more than one talk.

It is highly recommended to prepare the source file in LaTeX2e using the Springer class file llncs.cls (llncs.dem is a sample input file which you may take as a source for your own input and you can prepare the references as Springer requests).

The conference fees cover: the booklet of abstracts, conference materials, the publication of conference proceedings, the coffee breaks, the conference reception and official dinner, the excursion, and local transportation from Burgas Airport and Burgas Railway Station.

participants at the location where the conference will take
place.
The total price for 5 nights lodging (check-in on June 3 and check-out
on June 8) and meals (beginning with a dinner on June 3 and ending with
a lunch on June 8) is:

180 EURO for a bed in double room.
The Accommodation Fees are payable at the Registration Desk in EURO (cash).
The participants may also contact their travel agencies as an alternative variant for arrangement of accommodation in Sozopol. Some of the travel agencies provide very attractive packages including air ticket plus hotel reservation.For the conference participants who will fly to Sofia, we will
arrange a special bus from Sofia to Sozopol and return as follows:
Sofia-Sozopol: 16:30, June 3, Hotel of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (it was known before as hotel "Kedar")
Sozopol-Sofia: June 8 (after the lunch from the conference place)
