Special Sessions
Proceedings

We plan to continue publishing the proceedings of only refereed and presented papers as a special volume of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)

Important deadlines
Deadline for submission of abstracts January 15, 2009
Notification of acceptance of the talks on the basis of the submitted abstract January 31, 2009
Deadline for registration February 15, 2009
Deadline for submission of full papers March 15, 2009

Abstracts and contributed papers

The abstracts (up to 1 page stating clearly the originality of the results) are to be written in standard LaTeX. The length of the contributed papers is limited up to 8 pages. It is assumed that one participant will present not more than one talk.

The abstracts and papers are to be sent to: scicom09@parallel.bas.bg

It is highly recommended to prepare the source file in LaTeX2e using the Springer class file llncs.cls (llncs.dem is a sample input file which you may take as a source for your own input and you can prepare the references as Springer requests).

You can download the needed files from: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

The bus trip takes about 6 hours.

Another attractive way to organize your travel is to use a direct charter flight to Bourgas.

If you inform us in advance about the precise arrival time on June 3, at Bourgas Airport or at Bourgas Railway/Buss Station, we will provide (free of additional charge) a special transportation to the conference place in Sozopol.
