The NMSCAA'26 will be held in Sozopol (ancient Apolonia), a picturesque town on the Black Sea coast, 36 km south of Bourgas. The Bourgas International Airport is 50 km to the north from Sozopol.

From the airport, regular bus line 15 connects to the South Bus Station, which serves as the departure point for frequent buses to Sozopol.
