Sozopol, Bulgaria
The conference will be held in Sozopol (map of Sozopol), a picturesque town on the Black Sea coast, 36 km to the south from Burgas (the nearest international airport).
Accommodation
Participants are encouraged to contact their travel agencies for arrangement of accommodation in Sozopol. Some of the travel agencies provide very attractive packages including air ticket plus hotel reservation.

Transportation
The most convenient way to reach Sozopol is by taking a direct scheduled or charter flight to Burgas Airport.
From Burgas Airport, regular Bus Line 15 connects the airport with Burgas South Bus Station (Автогара Юг), located near the city center. The bus station is within walking distance of the railway station and serves as the departure point for regular buses to Sozopol and other resorts south of Burgas. Several intercity bus companies operating the Sofia—Burgas—Sofia route also use Burgas South Bus Station. A map of the city's public transport network, including Bus Line 15 (the stop is "Terminal South"), is available on the Burgasbus website.
As an alternative to public transportation, you may rent a car or take a taxi directly from Burgas Airport to Sozopol.
Participants arriving at Sofia Airport may rent a car or travel by regular bus to Sozopol via the Central Bus Station. The bus journey takes approximately 6–7 hours, depending on the number of intermediate stops. If you choose a bus to Burgas, please check whether it arrives at Burgas South Bus Station (Автогара Юг) or Burgas West Bus Station (Автогара Запад). If your bus arrives at the West Bus Station, you will need to use local public transportation to reach the South Bus Station. Sofia Airport is connected to both the Central Bus Station and the Central Railway Station by the Sofia Metro. Railway timetables are available on the Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ) website.
