Time

The conference is scheduled for June 17 - 21, 2024, with arrival: June 16 and departure: noon June 21.

Place

The NMSCAA’24 will be held at the Bulgarian Red Cross Educational Center in Sozopol (ancient Apolonia), a picturesque town on the Black Sea coast, 36 km south of Bourgas. The Bourgas International Airport is 50 km to the north from Sozopol.

Scope

Specific topics of interest (but not limited to) are the following: Modeling, simulation and optimization; Multiscale and multiphysics problems; Robust iterative methods and sparse matrix computation; Fractional differential equations and non-local problems; Parallel numerical methods and scalable algorithms; Advanced applications in science and engineering.

Extended Abstracts/Short Communications

The extended abstracts/short communications (up to 4 pages) are to be written in standard LaTeX and sent to: nmscaa24@parallel.bas.bg. The proceedings will be available online before starting the conference.

Conference Fee

The conference fee covers: proceedings of extended abstracts/short communications, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, excursion and the conference dinner.

The fee for accompanying person is 120 EURO.

The registration is supposed to be received free of bank transfer charges. The late conference fee is also payable at the registration desk cash in EURO or in BGN, 1 EUR = 1.9558 BGN.

There is a rich variety of opportunities for accommodation in Sozopol. The participants may contact their travel agencies. Transportation

An attractive way to organize your travel is to use a direct regular or charter flight to Burgas airport. There is a regular bus line 15 from Burgas airport to the bus station south, a starting point for the regular buses to Sozopol. Alternative way to the public bus is to rent a car or use a taxi from the Burgas airport.
