Travel

Hisarya is a picturesque resort in the Plovdiv Province of Bulgaria. The area was inhabited since prehistoric times (before V millennium BC), with amazing archeological findings from this period. Under Romans, this was one of the main cities in Thrace (known as Diocletianopolis or Augusta). Hisarya is notable for the impressive remains from the Roman period and for its numerous hot springs.

Hisarya is 170 km East from Sofia International Airport. Assistance will be provided in organising the transfer from the airport to the workshop venue. Details will be communicated to the participants based on the arrivals schedule.

  

Venue

The Workshop will take place at Augusta SPA Hotel
in Hisarya. Logistic support (local transport and accommodation) is provided by Clio Travel Agency.

Accommodation will be provided in single or double rooms. Meals will be organised at the workshop venue. Indicative prices are given in the table below. All facilities are accessible for persons with disabilities.

     

COVID-19

Extensive safety measures are applied at the workshop venue in compliance with the current anti-epidemic regulations, including specially trained staff, distance guidance, UV air purifiers in common areas, protective screens, limitation on the number of guests in all common areas, contactless payment, up-to-date information about the Covid-19 regulations.

On-site participation must be confirmed by 1 September 2021 at latest!
